Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using iWATH, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

iWATH is a mobile app that helps find shared moments with verified contacts using the date and location from photos. The app may create private events when it detects time and place matches between users.

3. Use requirements

To use iWATH you must:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Use a valid phone number to sign in.
• Grant the required permissions if you want to detect events from photos and contacts.
• Use the app legally and respectfully.

4. Photos and content

Full photos are not uploaded automatically to detect events. If you share photos inside an event, you are responsible for having the right to share them and for making sure the content does not infringe third-party rights or law.

5. Premium

The free plan lets you view up to 10 photos per event. iWATH Premium unlocks the rest of the shared photos in that event.

• Premium may be offered as a monthly or annual subscription.
• The store shows the final local price before purchase confirmation.
• Purchase, renewal, and cancellation are managed by App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
• RevenueCat is used to synchronize Premium status with the app.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel Premium from your App Store or Google Play account, depending on where you subscribed. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but you will normally keep Premium access until the end of the paid period. Refunds, when applicable, are handled under the relevant store policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use iWATH to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people.
• Share illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content.
• Try to access other users' data without authorization.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the app.

8. Availability

iWATH is provided as is. We work to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

9. Changes and account closure

We may update these terms or modify the service when needed. You can stop using iWATH and request account deletion at any time from the app or by contacting support.
