1. Data we process

iWATH processes the data needed to identify your account and find shared moments with verified contacts:

• Phone number to sign in and verify your account.
• Contact data to detect which of your contacts also use iWATH.
• Photo metadata, such as date, time, and location, to find events.
• Technical usage data needed for security, operation, and support.
• Premium subscription status received through App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

2. Photos and events

To find events, iWATH checks the date and location from your photos. Full photos are not uploaded to our servers for matching. Full photos are uploaded only if you choose to share them inside an event.

3. Verified contacts

Contacts are processed to detect verified contacts. This lets iWATH search for matches only with people from your address book who also use iWATH. We do not use your address book to sell data or show your contacts to third parties.

4. How we use data

We use data to:

• Create and protect your account.
• Detect date and location matches with verified contacts.
• Create events when shared moments are detected.
• Let you share selected photos with event participants.
• Manage Premium status and access to more than 10 photos per event.
• Handle support requests and improve app stability.

5. Payments and subscriptions

On iOS, payments are made through App Store. On Android, payments are made through Google Play Billing. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status and tell iWATH whether your account has active Premium access. We do not store full card details or payment credentials.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Data may be processed by providers needed to operate the service, such as Firebase/Google Cloud, App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Shared photos are visible only to authorized users inside the relevant event.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. You can also revoke permissions from your device settings, although some features may stop working if required permissions are removed.
