Delete your iWATH account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of an iWATH account, published by Geotap Games, and what data is deleted or may be retained.

How to request deletion

  1. Email soporte@iwath.com with the subject "Delete iWATH account".
  2. Include the phone number you use to sign in to iWATH.
  3. We may ask for confirmation if we need to verify that the request belongs to your account.

Data we delete

When deletion is completed, we delete data associated with your iWATH account, including:

  • User account and associated phone number.
  • Profile, notification tokens, and internal app state.
  • Processed contacts, pending contacts, and hashes associated with the account.
  • Photo metadata used to detect events.
  • Photos and thumbnails you uploaded or shared from iWATH.
  • Events created by the app when they depend only on deleted data.

Data that may be retained

Some data may be retained as needed for legal, tax, security, or support reasons:

  • Purchase, subscription, and billing records handled by App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
  • Support communications needed to process the request.
  • Minimal technical records to prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that does not directly identify a person.

Deletion timeframe

We review requests as soon as possible. As a reference, deletion is completed within a maximum of 30 days after we can verify the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your iWATH account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To avoid renewals, cancel the subscription from the store where you subscribed.
